Cleanwall or Inbooth Feather Duster
The Feather Duster is offered in two different versions, both the Clean Wall and In-Booth, meaning it can be installed into a new or existing booth enclosure.
Both the Clean Wall and In-Booth versions use a top down configuration. This “off the shell” solution can be further customized to provide a complete turnkey installation for a single machine or an entire booth.

The Standard Autotac Feather Duster uses a top down configuration. Highly flexible, this machine can be customized to fit a variety of special needs.

Customized Small Parts Applications
The Small Parts Feather Duster is highly flexible and can be customized to fit a wide variety of small parts and products.
This machine removes surface debris and eliminates static charge on parts that could cause paint defects. It uses a rotating feather roll inside a vacuum extraction hood to remove dirt particles out of and off of production parts. Neutralizing electrostatic attraction between the paint surface and dust, the system extracts the contaminates from small parts as they pass on the conveyor and into the paint booth.
